Bill Murray

Bill Murray is the Executive Director of the Reading Area Water Authority (RAWA), a position he has held for the past seven years. Prior to that, Bill was a Special Assistant to the Mayor of the City of Reading. He was also a small business owner for 10 years, and spent 30 years in management. Bill serves as the Vice Chairman on the Berks County Water and Sewer Association, is a member of the Advisory Board at the Center for Excellence in Local Government at Albright College and serves on the Advisory Board and Board of Directors of the 18th Wonder Improvement Association. He is a former Wyomissing Councilman and Wyomissing Area School Board Director. Bill is also one of the founders of Berks County Black Balloon, an organization dedicated to increasing opioid awareness in Berks County.
