Dave Talarico

President

Mr. Talarico serves as Director of Capital Improvements for the Reading Housing Authority. A lifelong resident of Berks County, he graduated from Holy Name High School and Berks Vocational Technical School’s Masonry Program. His passion was restoring historic buildings and landmarks. He used his expertise in construction with the Reading Housing Authority and has been a dedicated and integral part of the RHA’s success. As Director of Capital Improvements, he has orchestrated the design and construction of over $90 million dollars of development and modernization of the RHA campuses. He also currently serves as President of the 18 th Wonder Improvement Association, and is a member of the Robeson Township Planning Commission and an Advisory Board Member for the Reading Muhlenberg Career and Technology Center. Mr. Talarico is married and has 3 daughters and 1 son as well as 7 grandchildren who all live locally and enjoy spending quality time at the family home.
